Our Return Policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods, technical support team and our customer services. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers with a philosophy of dealing with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. Business should be an exchange of value for each party involved in the transaction.

Unfortunately, when it comes to returns our anti-static cords, rods, and safety wands cannot be returned if they have been used. Every industrial application has unique environmental factors. Some industrial operations deal with dust and particulates that would be considered contamination by others. We are required and have a commitment to keep our devices safe and free of contamination.  Please look over the product or device before using them on your equipment. If there are issues with the quality, size, configuration, condition, or connecting parts please reach out immediately and a new replacement device will be sent to your facility. All returns need to be processed within a reasonable amount of time, no more than 30 days from the date on your invoice.
